Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Ampliflare.

Last updated June 6, 2026

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Ampliflare, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Ampliflare is a dashboard that manages your Cloudflare resources using an API token you provide. It adds automation and tooling on top of Cloudflare; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cloudflare.

Early access

During early access, all features are provided free for six months. Features may change, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis while we refine it.

Your Cloudflare account

You are responsible for the API token you provide and for the actions you authorize Ampliflare to take. You must have the right to manage the resources you connect. Destructive operations always create a backup first, but you are responsible for reviewing the changes you schedule.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service or its APIs.
  • Don't access resources you are not authorized to manage.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. The early-access free period applies before any charges begin. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimers

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ampliflare is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
