Privacy Policy

What we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated June 6, 2026

Overview

Ampliflare ("we", "us") provides a dashboard for managing Cloudflare resources. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the service and how we handle it.

Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address and a hashed password, handled by our authentication provider.
  • Cloudflare credentials — the scoped API token you provide so Ampliflare can act on your behalf.
  • Usage & audit data — the actions you take in the app and the audit logs of changes Ampliflare makes.

Cloudflare credentials

Your API token is encrypted at rest and used only to perform the operations you explicitly enable. We never sell it or share it with third parties. You can revoke it from your Cloudflare dashboard at any time.

How we use information

We use your information to operate the service, perform the actions you request, send transactional email (such as alerts and receipts), and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Audit logs and backups are retained according to your plan. Deleting your account removes your data and stored credentials.

Sub-processors

We rely on Cloudflare to host and run the service. Where additional sub-processors are used, they are bound by equivalent data-protection obligations.

Security

We protect your data with encryption at rest, scoped tokens, and automatic backups taken before any destructive operation.

Your rights

You can access, export or delete your data at any time. To make a request, contact us at privacy@ampliflare.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the revised version here and update the date above.
